The Next Jennaration

RE-OPENING PROTOCOLS

The Next Jennaration has put in place a re-opening plan to follow until we are able to proceed without any restrictions. Please note that The Next Jennaration will be in close contact with the Health Department and will be following all CDC guidelines in response to COVID-19.

Current Operating Status

Stoplight-Red3.png

Green - Operating under no restrictions

Yellow - Operating in studio under government regulated restrictions and on Zoom

Red - In studio operations are closed, operating on Zoom only

Employee Guidelines

  • Staff will be closely monitored with daily health screening

  • Staff will remain 6’ from all students to ensure social distancing

  • Staff will adhere to all CDC recommendations

Studio Preparation and Cleaning Guidelines

  • All door handles, sinks, toilets, soap & hand sanitizer dispensers will be disinfected several times throughout the day

  • Staff will wipe down and/or spray high touch areas located in each studio before and after each class 

  • All bathrooms and hand sanitizing stations will be disinfected in between each class

Student Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Before entering the facility, adults and students will ask themselves the following questions: Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days? (Symptoms include: Cough, Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing, Fever, Chills, Muscle Pain, Sore Throat, New Loss of Taste or Smell, Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea) If you answer yes to any of the above questions, you and your student will not come into the facility.

  • All students must arrive on time and are to remain in vehicle until the teacher comes out the front door, after meeting their teacher, students will check in to class before entering the front door.

  • Students should arrive dressed for class.

  • If necessary, dancers may bring 1 small bag clearly labeled with full name.

  • Students should bring a water bottle clearly labeled with full name.

  • Parents will be asked to wait in their vehicle during class.

  • No siblings will be allowed in the building.

  • After class teachers will escort the students out to their parents immediately for pick up (parents must be on time for pick up).

Entering Studio

  • When entering the building all students will be asked to sanitize or wash hands.

  • Everyone will then follow the social distancing stickers marked on the floor to control the flow of traffic

  • Children will be directed by their teacher straight to their classroom 

Class Guidelines

  • The studio floor will be marked with tape showing all students where their assigned spot will be to ensure social distancing.

  • All students will put their bag and/or water bottles in designated location in the classroom

Exiting Building

  • All students will exit door closest to Studio 2 in order to control traffic flow patterns

  • All students will sanitize or wash their hands immediately after class

  • Upon completion, the staff will begin cleaning/disinfecting all areas immediately to get ready for the next class
